Our returns policy
Return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
How to return an item
Email hello@maisonvell.example with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. [Describe your returns process.]
Condition
Items should be unworn and unused, in their original packaging, with any tags attached. [List any items that cannot be returned, for example opened beauty products.]
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method. [State how long refunds take and who pays for return delivery.]
