Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error; if we do, any payment taken is refunded in full.
Prices include VAT & levies. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.
Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card or Mobile Money details.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
